All information conveyed to the attorneys and/or staff of MC JURIST, verbally or in writing, is protected under attorney-client privilege, and thus may not be disclosed to any third party, unless written prior consent is granted by clients, or otherwise by court order.

Further, MC JURIST adopts a number of internal policies in respect to data and information storage in order to ensure the confidentiality of the matters handled by its team members.


Prior to any work being initiated involving a third party, MC JURIST runs a conflict check to ensure that no conflicts may occur in rendering legal services to Clients.

In the event that a conflict of interest is detected, MC JURIST shall immediately notify the Client and halt the provision of the services until the matter is settled between the parties concerned.
