ANA MARTINS DE CARVALHO
Ana is the Head of Tax and Employment at MC JURIST. Ana has significant experience in Angola-related projects, especially on tax planning and day-to-day tax matters and other related areas, such as employment, social security obligations, and customs and importation duties.
Ana is usually in charge of providing legal assistance to Human Resources departments providing work force planning and recruiting strategies.

Miguel is a member of the Corporate and Private Investment Department and has been advising corporate clients that wish to adapt their structures to the demands of a constantly changing market in various areas of corporate including, implementation and development of investment projects; mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures and shareholders´ agreements; incorporations, capital increases and reductions; transformations, dissolutions; corporate restructurings, corporate governance; and due diligences.
Cátia is a partner and the CFO of MC JURIST. Her practice is mainly focused on employment, customs and litigation matters.

LAURA MAIA LUCENA
Laura is a member of the Corporate and Investment Department, where she has been focusing her practice in the Oil and Gas sector and industrial property rights in Angola.
Relevant experience includes preparation and review of documents and legal advice particularly related to foreign exchange structuring, maritime and port regulations, importation and exportation customs procedures and industrial property regulations.
ÓSCAR RICARDO AZEVEDO
Óscar is part of the Corporate and Investment team. His broad practice includes advising on public mergers and acquisitions, private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, capital markets, general company law, corporate governance, commercial agreements, insolvency and group restructurings.
Óscar is a member of both the Portuguese and Angolan Bar Association.
